Default what size of cam

i have an 05 standard,88 cube,i already did the race tuner,hi flow filter and true duals but now would like to have a little more than just about everybody else.by changing the cams i'm hoping to get a better sound plus the extra power,anyone have any ideas on who and what size cam i might need,thanks

I went with the S&S 510G's in mine. Like yours the rest of the motor is pretty much stock except for the Fueling oil pump and cam plate and the K&P Engineering oil filter. Dyno'd at Doc's in St Louis and am well pleased with the way it runs. I've outrun a lot of 96" stock motors and a few 103's.

I am happy with the Andrews 21N cams I have in my 88".

did it make much difference in your bike,i figure it will probably cost 600 or so i wanna make sure it's worth it,thanks

If it had not been for having to address the tensioner issue I wouldn't have changed the cams. But, since the tensioners were going to have to be changed sooner or later I decided to go with the conversion kit and thought the 21N cams would work for me. Bottom line is yes, made a big difference in the bike and worth the money to me.
