Not perfect every day, but how far south would I have to move from Ontario, to be in a climate where I can expect to never put the bike away for the winter?

I know it's different coasts but the California central valley never has to be put away. Sure there are days of rain but there's not a month you can't get out and ride at least a few days.

I'd say at least as far south as Georgia.

That's a relative question. One of the mechanics at Heritage HD rides his Harley year round. He puts knobby tires on for winter! It's a hoot to see him drive in a snow storm!

None of my bikes have ever been put to sleep for the winter, last snow here was xmas eve 2004 and prior to that was 1973.

It can get cold 32f but never for more than a few hours at a time.
