You could for $80.00 send your gauges to myride7. He can change the color to almost any thing as long as the LED's are in stock. He finished mine last night should get them back on Monday will post picks when they are back in the bike. The small guages use a led bulb you can get from superbrightled. These come in many colors and plug right in. Think the 4 bulbs cost me $9.00 with shipping.

I like digitals, I wear glasses and can hardly make out stock gauges at highway speed with my glasses on, with Dakota Digital I can see them perfect with out glasses on at highway speed

Eye candy...money's better spent on other upgrades (motor, exhaust, tuner, etc.).

"Worth it" depends on the individual and thir budget. I've had'em on my 07 SG for almost 2 years...love'em. Very visible...and eye candy as someone else said. I've had good experience with Dakota customer service too. Small problem with the tach...they sent a new one before mine was de-installed so I didn't have any down time. They covered the dealer labor too. Impressive...especially these days.

I think they look cool, but at ~1000.00 not worth it to me. If I had more disposable income I would probably think differently lol. I stop by their booth every year at Sturgis and wish I had the disposable income.

WOW!! I just went to Dakota's web site, those are awesome. They even send you the oil temp unit for the oil pan in the 6 gauge package. The web site does say $1,299 for the blue LCD. They are impressive, it looks as though they have done their homework on these gauges. However, not where I would spend $1,299 dollars. JMHO.
