I used these guys too - twice - good customer service, drivers are MC riders, bike arrived perfectly - BUT they take forever! And they told me that they have many stops and route changes, etc - as one of the members stated earlier.

So if you are in a hurry - 800HAULBIKES do not recommend. But they do run a good operation as far as care.

I made a mistake about 10 years ago when I had my RSV shipped from Cali to here in IN via a "mover" who also ships bikes - I think it was Atlas maybe? Anyway - idiots tried to pick up the rear of the bike by the trunk - 980lbs via a plastic trunk - cracked the crap out of it and scratched the bike in several places - I filed a claim using their forms - they tried to deny and give me run around, made 1 call to a local attorney who sent a letter, 2 weeks later check arrived. :-)

Used Allied to ship my bike from Hales HD in Ohio to Houston. Great service. They strapped the bike down on a pallet and move with lifts. Not a scratch on it. Cost a little over 600.

Just had my Road Glide shipped from Seattle to West Palm Beach, FL. with Keyboards & Motorcycles. They said it would take about 3-4 weeks. It took about 10 days and that was only because I had to delay delivery a few days being out of town.

The experience was excellent. Very customer oriented. They picked up and dropped off the bike within 10 minutes of there estimate. Special bike pallets were used, bike was perfect. Would definitely use them again. It was $650, the experience was top notch. Highly recommend them.
