Question Sony Bluetooth and headset

Installed a Sony BT3700 last year including a biketronic kit so I can control it from the handlebars.

This winter I'm planning to install a Cardo Scale Rider G4 in my helmet. Does anyone know how to get the bluetooth signal FROM the stereo INTO the helmet.

I can connect all sorts of bluetooth devices (phone, GPS etc.) to the stereo and get music an comments out through the speakers, but what about the other way round ?

Tried to pair a phone headset with the Sony BT3700 but could not get it to work.
