I have have RUSH on my bike and I wouldn't trade them for the world I dont know why the dealership would tell you to spend all that extra $ on new mufflers when you can get a new set of baffles for your RUSH for like 80 bucks.
I had the 4" megaphone with the 2.5" baffle on my 09 Road Glide. I LOVED them. They had a nice deep rumble to them and they didn't have that raspy sound like most other harley exhaust systems. On my next bagger, I'll definitely go with bassani again.
I have the Bassani slip on's and they sound great. if you don't want to remove the baffels they have the 2.5" that offer a little more sound. not obnixous loud, but will let people know your comming. the hard part is dropping over $400 on the power curve instead of $300 on a set of V&H true duals.
But i will have my power curve by the end of the year. Bassani all the way.

I have the Power curve with the 4" slip ons. Love 'em. Nice deep rumble. At cruising speed, you can even hear the birds, until you get on it, then they wake up. They do get better sounding with age/mileage.
Have the 4" scalloped slip on's with 2.5 baffles on my bike, nice and deep sound, and roar when you get on it. You can get them with 2.25 or 2.5 baffles.
