Fort Thunder and ProTeam didn't get anywhere near those prices and they were within twenty or thirty dollars of each other.

All of these are after the manufacturer's two year warranty:
1 yr - $759
2 yr - $964
3 yr - $1149
4 yr - $1354
5 yr - $1649

and these prices do NOT included wheel and tire, which is another $365.

ETA: I expect to have another set of numbers tomorrow from a third.

Here's the third...

Red River. It's exactly the same as Fort Thunder.

I'm starting to wonder how Tricounty is undercutting other dealers by 25%.

This 25% is based on comparing tricounty's 7 year with wheel and tire @ $1487.00 to Red River's 7 year with wheel and tire @ $2009

Not apples/apples but I know from my Kawasaki days that the dealer cost is half of msrp. Got my 4 yr protection plan for $325 vs. $650 (4 yrs ago). It was $0 deductible too. I remember from my Buell days when the service plan was $1k+... Ouch
