Swapping 18" Front Wheel For 19" Front Wheel
Would there be a problem swaping a stock 18" front wheel on a stock road glide for 19" Agitator Chrome front wheel with 19" diameter tire?

Not if you use the tire designed for the 19" wheel, I.E. 130/60-19. So far Dunlop is the only one making this size.
