Default 2010 Ultra Limited to Road Glide Conversion

The only question that I have now is should I use the 2009 or 2010 fairing brackets? Did they just change the fairing brackets in 2010 to make more room for the vented lowers? My Road Glide parts came off a 2009 CVO and I have colour matched lowers. I know there was some complaining of buffeting on the RG, did the 2010 brackets make it better or worse?

Definitely use the 2010 brackets. They lift the fairing up and tilt it forward a little so you can use the Ultra style Lowers...
If you try to use the 09's, the lowers are not going to fit.

Can't say much about the wind buffeting... there's wind. Not much buffeting on mine.
