I got a rattle in one of my hard bags but it goes away when I undo the latch and open the led about a inch. Is there adjustment I can do the bike is still under warranty.

Might want to make sure the rear tabs are positioned correctly and check to see that the tether inside the lid is not getting folded on the lid seal when closing.
Right before the lid closes, reach in and push the tether in.

Did you check the quick release pins?

Check your brackets to see if they cracked and the fasteners are torques.

check the latch springs as well; they break and are a PITA to replace.

I'm assuming that the bike is idling on its side stand and you hear a rattle in the bag area and when you unlatch the bag lid it goes away?

The lid is under pressure when properly latched, so it can't be the lid its self rattling. Did you look at the backside of the latch mechanism. Check the nut holding the key lock cylinder in place, that has a habit of coming loose. If it's loose, use some blue loc-tite on the threads.

Also, make sure the pins holding the bag to the bikes frame are tight. Other then those things, can't see a reason for a rattle.

Good luck....

I've seen a few owners recommend always locking the bags, that might help.

When I get a rattle on my bags its because I didn't have the lid latched properly into the grooves on the backside, or I didnt get one of the bag screws in tight.

I would check all of the fasteners. You need to take off one side of the tether to get at the ones that secure the hinges.

When by bike was fairly new I found a screw on the ground by the saddlebag so I re-torqued all of them, several were loose.

15k miles later I did it again and some were loose again.
