Default Stebel Nautilus air horn

Does anyone know if the Stebel Nautilus air horn would fit in the glove compartments of my Lowers? im thinking of one in each side...

Wow. That would be loud. I bet they would fit!

I've got one (a Mini Beast 2) and it works great.

Yeah i just put together a cardboard box the demonstrations and it might fit, but tight. i figured with a little modifications, maybe some small pin holes in the front of the fairing where the opening for the horns are and it might work.

There have been several threads on Stebels. Apparently the compressor can be separated from the horn, which might help you get them in to where you want them to fit. Wear ear defenders when you first try them out!

I seperated the compressor from the horn. Hid the compressor under the seat and the horn under the factory cover. Very thight fit but it works. Loud as hell. I'm at work right now. I'll try to post pics later.

I purchased two today off eBay, I will place them one in each glove compartment of my lowers. I figured I will cut out of the inner lower fairing where the trumpets are and the outer cover will cover the hole. Using the wiring kits, ill run them as one. That way no matter which side the cagers are trying to merge into my lane, there will be an air horn sounding off.

Ill post pictures when I finish the job

Harbor Freight carries the same horn minus the chrome cover. Called the Bad Boy , cost bout $40.

these are nice, but the others are 139Db, this one lists at 118Db, ill take a look, im going to HF tomorrow. even though i have purchased the others, i can always send them back... thanks for the info

can these be mounted some how in the front of the bike instead of the left side??
