how is riding a bagger with apes??i had 18"apes on a 72 flh,it was a great ride but it rode way differant,couldnt imagine wrestling a heavy bike around with them like my 01 eg

Yeah, those are super-ugly! It's so ugly, I'm going to swap my 10's for 15's!!!!

From what I am reading here your opinion matters not. Ya don't Bag on someone elses Bagger. Apes may not be for you but that does not make them dumb.

If I had the coin, I'd do a set of apes in a heartbeat......
but other priorities seem to prevent this.

The bars are comfortable and to each his own as for looks . I don't consider them apes unless they're 16" or higher. That is when it takes some skill to maneuver at slow speed. Anything below that isn't so bad.
