Looking at the website, I don't see a part number for a '10 FLHR.

26155-11 - Fits '11 Touring models. Stock on '11 Touring models with 103ci powertrain option. Kit includes Chrome Oil Cooler Cover.

26155-09 - Fits '07-'08 Touring models.

26155-07 - Fits '07-'08 Touring models.

26082-05B - Fits '99-'06 Touring models.

Don't see a number for '09 or '10. I know the dealer can tell me...
Should just get a parts manual anyway.

It's in the 2011 Parts and Accessories book. Part #26155-09 which you show in your list but you also show it for the same bike years as the 26155-07.

 

26155-09 is the correct one for your bike according to HD.
