Just added the 2 new above items to my roadie and i have to admit i do like the brightass light and the ability to re-program the brightness , etc.
I also recommend the pingle greasable shaft. Ever since i got this bike the shifter shaft rattles at idle and drove me nuts. When decelerating it made all kinds of racket too. Install took about 20 minutes and all is good. I had tried tightening everything up, adding nylon washers at each end, and even dissassembling everything to add grease to the stock shaft but to no avail. Nice product imho.

 

Do you have some more info on that shaft?
If you are talking about what I think you are, I need one too.
My front shifting shaft drives me nuts lately.

For the price of a grease fitting and a little time, drill, tap and install the fitting in the engine case where the shift shaft goes through and pump some grease in there once in a while.
