Default Ok, another stupid music question

I am sitting here in Iraq dreaming of things to do to my bike. A thought just occured to me.....What do you guys used to plug into the aux on the radio? IPOD? Do you have to convert the files? A regular 2-4 gig MP3 player? What calbe do you get with it, how long does a charge last? I have made one MP3 CD since I have been here, I put data on a 4 gig DVD, holds 500+ songs but I dont know how its gonna work in the ole HK. Any and all input for my stupid A$$ question is appreciated. Thanks guys..You may now continue what you were doing, LMAO..

I don't think a DVD will work in the HK. I use a data CD for MP3 and can get about 70 songs on it. Of course you can use an MP3 player plugged into the aux port. But I don't think the DVD will play.

You can buy a cord at any electronics store, or Wal Mart (in the U.S. anyway) to plug into the aux plug. I plug my ipod in almost everyday that I ride, I've got it strapped to the handle bar.

I recently bought a ipod Shuffle (2 gig, <$50, 500+ songs) and a 12" Radio Shack mini-to-mini cable ($7). A sopt of velcro and away I go! The shuffle will play about 15 hours on a charge.
