I would definitely dispute it if they're not making it right. What idiots telling you an '09 doesn't have cush drive. Send that wheel set back...

It's entirely possible that the wheel you bought won't work in your bike. You might be back at square one. Sourcing the right pulley for a custom application isn't a simple thing. If you are determined to keep your cush drive, you're kind of stuck with the available pulleys, and then find the wheel that will fit.

Most of the folks that sell these wheels list them as being for 2000-2008 bikes. Double check with the guys who sold you the wheel.

not sure if a 70 tooth would help ya? but if you search super spoke pulleys they make a 70& in 1 1/8" width.
