I just got back from the North Carolina H-D pin stop in Maggie Valley, NC. My wife and I went there to celebrate my "60th", yeah, "60th" birthday. If was great, although, I'm having trouble saying "60". I'm told it's just a number and don't let it bother you. I'm trying. Anyway, it was a great time, in a great place, with great friends, and the weather was just fantastic. So, I didn't get a new scoot for my birthday (I bought that for myself back in June), but I got a lot of other stuff. Mainly, what I got, was the health and the blessing from above to be able to still ride and enjoy something that I still love after doing it for almost 40 years. I spent the greater part of today washing, cleaning and polishing my bike after riding in some pretty heavy raing on the way home. I loved every minute of it and when I got through all I could say was "Damn, I love this motorcycle!!" What a birthday I had. I didn't mean to go on and on about my own birthday, so, forgive me. Let me close and say, "Walkerjo, hang on to this lady. She definitely has soul!!!"
