Just got back from sitting in a tree waiting for a Deer to mosey on by...no such luck.

Anyhow, Thanks so very much for your thoughts and links...please keep them coming. I have looked at some of them through out the day and they are awesome.

Sorry to hear you laid the bike down. I have had two paint jobs done by Attitude Custom Painting and they were both awesome. If you have a local painter you trust, you can go to Attitudes website to get some ideas.

When I had mine done, I first chose a painter whose work I liked. Then I chose colors, and gave him an "outline" of what I was looking for. Then (maybe most important) I gave him the latitude to trust his artistic instincts. Don't try to micro-manage the job; you'd be better off teaching yourself to paint.
