I am 5'6" as well with a 29" sleeve. I just put the Klock Works Ergo Back Bars on my 08 Ultra. They come to the top of the fairing and my hands sit more square to my body. They work great for my hight and reach.

What cables and wires did you have to change to install those bars?
I was told there are 10's but they look more like 12's. I love em.
Nice. I agree they look more like 12's. They look as tall as mine, which are 13's. bet you are glad you got the 12's over 10's anyway. By the way, what kind of windshield is that?
