If the Dealer won't help you, get him to give you the number for customer service. When you call them, tell them you have cupping and a vibration. They will give you a service number and set you up with a Dealer if you like. I did this with my 09. I took it in for the front 407F tire problem. I didn't realize the rear was cupping too. They changed them both under warranty. I had over 10K miles on them. The rear 407 on my 2010 is the same as the 09's. I'm watching mine closely! Good luck!

 

I called HD customer service and Dunlop, they both said they are not going to do anything about it. They said they are aware of the REAR tire cupping issue and it has no bearing on safety.
