I've owned my RKC for 4 years now and love the bike. I keep it in my climate controlled garage year round and do ride a little in the winter. I was wondering what others are using on the leather hardbags for winter storage? Anything different than normal? I use Doc Bailey's about twice a season and do weekly cleaning with meguiars leather care in the spray bottle. what are you guys using for the "cold season"?

 

i think the meguires will continue to work fine for you. ive also used harleys leather conditioner and it works real well.

I have spent a lot of time cleaning tack and saddles.
This is the best stuff I have found. Clean your saddle bags with warm water or saddle soap and apply a light film of this stuff and it will look like new

Kiwi shoe polish.

 

+1, along with Meguires leather conditioner wipes every few hundred miles.

 

I stay away from Kiwi shoe polish when I'm wearing my Evel Knievel jump suit. Tends to smudge.
