I own both a J&S and the yellow Harbor Freight. The Harbor Freight is easier to do oil changes and things like that because of the long handle. The J&S is just flat out sturdier. I don't bat an eye about pushing the bike around the garage on it. The Harbor Freight can be a bit wobbly. I also found pushing around the Harbor Freight jack that the support arm bent a little, not much, but you can see the bend. If I was storing the bike for the winter I would not do it on the Harbor Freight jack. If I had to own only one jack it would be the J&S period.
