I have a 2010 UC. If I were to put on a set of rear SG shocks or Progressive 940's, what would I need to do to the front. I know that these two shocks lower the bike about an inch, one would assume that you would have to make changes to the front. Thanks in advance.
I would give ricor rear shocks a try. I have the progressive 940 rears and the ricor valves in the front great improvement on my 2010 flhx. The front is actully better than rear at this point.
I would not recomend the "stock Street Glide shocks".
I've had both on my Street Glide and you will not be happy with the ride compared to your Ultra shocks.

I guess I should clarify. I saw a thread asking about Progressive 940 shocks and someone said they were SG height, which are 12 inch I think. If I were to use a 12 inch shock, would I need to adjust the front end. I have ridden a SG, I like the height of it, I bought the UC, because the wife likes the use of the trunk and 1.5 saddlebags, I get to use the other half of a bag.

No, you would not have the adjust the front end. The SG is only lowered in the rear and is the same as your bike in the front.
