I had 2 new HK installed on my 2010 FLHTK both had problems and were replaced. replaced the third with a 07 refurb unit from ICA and it works great.

He has an Ultra Classic so I doubt he wants to lose the CB and intercom by going to a car radio.

I had a problem w not being able to increase volume but it went all the way dn. to mute. I got advise fr. forum sponser to try unhook all connections, clean w electrical spray and solved problem. Worth a try.
