Jackpot headers on the way!
#21
I just put on my FuelMoto Headpipe and touring muffs along with the PCV that they had mapped. Awesome! Took 1 hour to do the whole thing. The fit was perfect. A straight forward install. Only had to flatten out the crossover pipe mesh gasket with a round screwdriver to get it all together. The bike is like a Hyenna witha cattle prod up it's rear. Ye Ha Jamie, This setup is awesome!
Great analogy!!! LOL

Pulled my stock headers off and found the headers have a tapered end on them where they bolt to the cylinders. The new Jackpot headers have more of a squared end.
Do I just bolt the new headers to the cycliner and not worry about it? I was going to call FuelMoto but now it too late to call them. Looks like I might have to wait until Monday to call them unless someone has an answer.

I finished installing the headers and am very happy with the ease of installation, took me about 1-1/2 hours. Hardest part of the whole changeout was re-aligning the heat deflectors.
Thanks you Jamie for your excellent customer service!:
