Default Set off car alarm with Monster Ovals!

Well it finally happened. Was riding in Downtown Eureka Springs AR today and the MO's set off a car alarm. Had heard they could and would do that, but it had never happened to me personally. Turned around and rode back just to do it again! Har Har! Gotta love 'em!

I've done that with the V&H pipes I had on my Fatboy at the time. Haven't had a chance to do it yet with my Rineharts on my SG yet though.

My Rinehart TD's do it all the time. Depends on the car & how sensitive they have the alarm set. The way I see it, if I set it off, it's set too sensitive!

My Monster Rounds do it every once in a while. My Bigshots use to do it all the time.
Still makes me laugh when I do it.

My 2" rush slip-ons do that too, once in a while. They're not all that loud either. Some cars must be set really sensitive.

I can do it to but I have to rev it up a little to do it. Sounds good in a covered parking area. I ask very nicely where I could park my bike one day at a casino and was told way over there at the far end where you wouldn't see them. Well as I left the area I made sure I set off every car alarm I could as I wasn't parking where I couldn't see my bike. The attendent was pissed as he had to wait for them to quite going off. Not my problem.

My V&H Straight Shots set 'em off. Just the other day I was riding thru a quiet neighborhood, just putting along because of such. Set off a car alarm near the end of the street....gonna ride down that street next time I'm in the vicinity! :-)

Your Welcome!! The point was made very clear by the thread discription of "Set off car alarm with Monster Ovals!" If it was gonna ruffle you feathers, you shouldn't have opened it!
