Default Street Glide Antenna Relocationa?

My wife got a 2010 Street and had the antenna relocated because of the luggage rack. The antenna kind of comes out in an angle away from the bike, probably to stay clear of rack but it doesn't look that good. We don't want one under the fairing.
Has anyone bent the bracet to get the antenna a little closer to the bike? What else are you guys doing?

If your talking about the antenna mount down by the bottom of the saddlebag then YES I tweaked mine a touch to get the antenna to point closer to straight up than backwards like it did when first mounting it with the relocation mount.

You could also use the ultra antenna, it's shorter and may help the looks some, have one for my tour pak

I use the inside the fairing one. I don't listen to the "radio" anyway. I use my Ipod for tunes. Never thought that bikes looked good w/antennas.
Good luck..

I tweaked the mount a bit to bring it in and just took some snips to the antenna cutting it down to about an inch above the rack. Works just as good as it did at full length and also no longer tries to take out my eye walking past it. Total cost.... uhh..... nothing (best part)

I cut the antenna on my RG down to 12". It seems to work just as good, and is hardly noticeable. Usually listen to cd's or I-pod anyway, unless listening to a Giant's baseball game.Go Giant's!

Put a tune trapper antenna in the fairing and get rid of the external antenna completely--problem solved!!!!

Yeah, I was wondering if the chrome would crinkle or come off if I bent that bracket.
Also may snip or try a stubby like others said.
