Default Need Help

Cutacrossshorty is here in Golden CO. When we got back he parked the bike and set the alarm. He just went out to put it in the garage and can't de-activate the alarm system. Neither key fob will work. Can't move the bike unitl the system is de-activated. Anybody got any ideas. He's on an '03 ultra with the HD alarm sytem. Entire system is only a couple months old.

Try using the personal code method described the owners manual. That is if he has set one.

Great!! That worked. Luckily he had the owners manual with him. Thanks for the help. He was concerned that he may not be able to depart for home on schedule.

Good idea. He'll check the batteries in the morning too. Thanks for the help.

If the batteries are bad, (and they should be replaced every 2 years), the fobs have to be set to the system by pressing and holding the button for 10-15 seconds until the system responds with 2 chirps/signal flashes.

BTW, good looking Rotty.
