Wow that is quite a transformation. Looks great. Now take those latch reflectors out and hit them with some Nite Shades tint and follow it up with clearcoat.

Need some custom wheels - all black with maybe a little chrome accent.

+1 on the timer cover and dipstick. How about all those shiny bolt heads? I would get black Hot Toppers and cover them all up. JMO.

Noooooo...
Install some QUALITY polished stainless fasteners.

I'm fond of 12pt. fasteners, myself.
These guys have a few nice variations, though.

CCChrome!!!

Just kidding. I'm a traditionalist. Looks good, and that's the great thing about Harley's that I haven't seen in any other brand.

You can go from one end of the style spectrum to the other, and everyone still knows it's a Harley.

Pretty cool.

I like a single seat so the rear fender is uncovered. Backrest if you like.

I LoL'd at the hybrid comment. Awesome.

Great pics. Nice work, bro.

Thanks guys. Yeah, I got a few pieces left. Dip sticks, swingarm pivot covers, gas cap button ignition switch and on and on. It would be nice to replace all the bolts, but I'm too lazy.

I think some PM Factor wheels in the stealth finish, or platinum contrast cut PM Wraith or Heathens will work. Just can't decide.

There's a guy on here with a blacked out denim SG that inspired me, but I don't have that kind of baller budget.

I'm afraid of stretched bags. Look at my floor boards and mounts. Would hate to do that to a $1,000 set of bags...

the one thing that stands out to me is the seat. looks like you've done a lot of nice stuff, but the seat still looks stock.

otherwise, looks great

Looks great. Not a stretched bag fan myself but new wheels and maybe a smaller fender to show off the front one (I put a fatboy fender on mine but there are other options as well). Pictures on my link below.

Also like the idea of a solo or at least a lower profile two up seat.

Only throwing stuff out as you asked otherwise I would have said I loved it with as is with what you have already done.
