owners manual will give you the correct pressures and do Not use a air compressor to fill the shocks... buy the correct "hand" pump

The 2006 factory manual states 35 lbs max for all models "except" FLHRS and FLHX. You should have the standard 35 lb max.
The FLHRS and FLHX both max at 50 lbs , and are the "low profile" shocks.
Check your manual to make sure there hasent been a change for '07.
What I have been doing as I have not gotten the harley pump yet, I just drop the compressor pressure to what I want in the shocks
and when that is done , pump up the shocks.
Just make sure the compressor can't cycle while you're doing them.
This assumes that you believe the gauge on your compressor to be correct.
You might want to try 38 psi front and 40 psi rear for the tires also,but check your manual for changes also.

I'm only 5'8" and like SOOS said mount from the right. I use the right floor board and the left leg just goes right over.
