Default 2010 Ultra Primary Chain too tight?

I just pulled my primary cover off to install the S.E. Compensator. I noticed that the primary chain is as tight as a banjo string. Extremely tight. Is there a way to release the tension and set it a little looser? Thanks....

If this compensator sprocket is larger than your stock model chances are that the compensator you installed will require the old style chain tensioner that is adjustable like older twin cams have… I have not looked in the new models but I heard that they now have automatic tensioner .
Recommend you ask H-D tech if older OEM primary chain tensioner will work on your model.. If it’s cool order one.
Good luck
