Installed this same set up on my brothers 11 ultra, we had to bend the lines all to crap to get them to line up with that little pin. Even after we got it where it would line up we had to take a drill bit and run through the hole, took very little material out but finally got it to line up. That was a couple weeks ago. Today we installed the matching clutch cable on his bike. Same kinda issues, things just weren't quite right. Sorry but I'll not buy any more products from this outfit.

My buddy works in the parts dept of the local Harley Dealer and we opened up an HD lower kit. The instructions tell you to remove the pin. That,s what I did on my 2011 Road King. Pad the fender with a towel and a pair of vise grips work great.

Me too, i wondered about the tab when I took the OEM lines off....figured I might need to do that, gonna grind it before I get the kit thanks for the headsup.

Not sure about return policy, but they take care of you if you have a legit problem even after the warranty is up. I had another thought on the pin. OE wouldn't put it there so the guys on the assembly line don't have to think to align the manifold, just stick it on and bolt it down would they? lol.
