For example, I purchased an RWD plain front fender that didn't have the rivets found on HD's plain front fender.

Good luck with your search.

Carl, You got a part # to that front fender?

I bought a 5 piece paint set (fenders, tank, frame covers) off ebay last winter for 600 bucks. You can frequently find nice take off tins on ebay. Also check with any of the dealers in your area. They might have some take off sets from guys upgrading to one of the radical sets.

You can also use this HD dealer's website's parts catalog on microfiche to see the pictures of the parts/assemblies and pricing. You can also get HD p/n's there by entering a quatity for the part(s) you're interested in, click add to parts list, then click "send to cart" at which point you'll get HD part nos. for the parts you have selected. Here's the "front fender" page for a 2007 Ultra:

In early '06, I bought the SG fender primered for $190 or so, and added the fascia/LED to duplicate the SG rear fender/fascia/tri-bar light on my '04 EG. You may want to consider doing the same; the SG rear fender/fascia looks good on an Ultra.

I bought a complete fender assembly with turn signal bar and liscence plate bracket off of a guy in Oregon for like $300. Carl helped me with the wiring and voila, it was simple and a big improvement to the rear end of my Road Glide.

And I'm thinking that is going to look killer!

BTW, I accidentally threw out those bars in my last garage clean up. I do still have the mirrors (brand new) and the passenger floorboards (used) (2 sets of mounts, 1 set complete) that you may have. I got a bunch of other stuff too. Just need to get in there and figure it out... Like clutch cables, front ends (6), air cleaners (4), black Ness Oval mini mirrors (2), Street glide mirrors (2), Street glide bag supports, and some 09+ junk.

Whatever you need. Hit me up.
