Default Impatient Curiosity Q

So i have an 08' Ultra, stock engine. I have a set of Rinehart True Duals sitting in the garage itching to be put on.
I know, "most" recommend re-tuning if you change the AC & Pipes both, however, I'm wondering if i can get these true duals on while i spend the next week or so picking out an intake and tuner, without doing any harm? Will the duals and the stock intake/ECm handle the duals ok or ?
I want to keep riding, but trying to get what i can done on the scoot as i can timewise, without holding off and blowing an entire day or two.

Thanks for the opinions!

No problem at all, If it can't suck air in through the stock filter it does not matter how well the exhaust flows, All the stage one mods need to work together to get optimum flow.

So you can't think of any other way it would screw something up? I'm hoping I can do this and run it ok for maybe 2 weekends while i order the other stuff.

If they are chrome, you will most likey blue the headpipes and yellow/brown heat burn your mufflers.

Get a tuner, or at a minimum, those XIED things.

I've got a PC V on mine and after looking through all of Jamie's different maps that come with it, you'd be amazed at how much fuel needs to be added on a stock TC 96 to get the A/F into the proper range for it to run as a air cooled engine should. (Damned EPA) After observing how lean they run, I'd be hesitant to do anything that could make it run even leaner without some type of device to richen it up a bit. Just my 2 cents.
