Years ago I was on ebay looking for leather pants and came across this one seller who had chaps that had a big codpiece thing attached...
If you do a search on ebay for leather codpiece you might find what you are looking for.
but please DON'T give a review and post pictures.

So you are looking for "chap holes" (like donut holes but different). What do you suppose the chap companies do with the cut out pieces? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm????????
