How high for highway pegs??

Wherever you initially mount them, it will only be a starting point for the 47 times you're going to readjust them before you find the perfect spot.

I like mine fairly low but I have seen guys with them so high it looks like they are in stirrups in the gynecologist's office.

I like mine as low as possible and far enough forward that I can totally "un-hinge" my knee if I want to.

But.....be careful not to mount them too low or this (2nd pic) happens.

I am only 5'6" and have to put them pretty high to reach them on my08 Ultra.

Mine are high. I may be that guy who looks like he's in the gyno chair. I like to slouch, kick my feet up there, slide my *** forward, lean back, take a nap...

Mine are mounted like TFB's and they saved me from a full layover this summer. Going up a steep driveway in NV, leaving a gas station and when I stopped before merging on the hiway, we started to tip. Bike layed right on the left hiway peg and stopped. Barely even see a scratch on the peg and glad I have them on, not just for my feet.
