How high for highway pegs??
#11
I put mine so that they are usable in three positions:
1. Heels on the floorboards, toes on the pegs.
2. Heels or soles on the pegs.
3. Backs of the ankles on the pegs, soles facing forward.
(...and of course, feet on the floorboards not touching the pegs at all)
I think that gets me the maximum flexibility and alternatives.
Hope this helps.

Mine are mounted like TFB's and they saved me from a full layover this summer. Going up a steep driveway in NV, leaving a gas station and when I stopped before merging on the hiway, we started to tip. Bike layed right on the left hiway peg and stopped. Barely even see a scratch on the peg and glad I have them on, not just for my feet.
