Exclamation 07 rk security help

My friend has a 2007 roadking and he cant start his bike the lights just flash. we think its the tccm but everything we try doesnt seem to work. even when the fob is away he cant enter his code to turn it off it just keeps flashing. now it wont even alow us to enter the code at all to turn the system off. if we shake the tccm the lights will go off but the bike still wont start.
any help is appreciated

first ,change the batterys in the fob if that dosent do it second get out the manual and make sure he overrides it step by step< he may have done it wrong and changed the code without knowing it. if thats the case the dealer may get involved.

To do the override the system has to be dormant and armed. It will not allow input if it's already tripped. Let it settle down and go to sleep, then turn on the ignition and press and hold both turn signal switches until a dotted line appears in the odometer readout. If you get this far, the system is OK and just needs the CORRECT 5-digit code input and it will be disarmed ONCE.

Did your friend buy this bike or steal it?
