Display vs Center Stands
I have an '05 UC that I am putting together a list of winter projects for. One of the things on the list is to install an oil cooler. The style of oil cooler that I am looking at indicates that it can not be installed on bikes with a HD display stand. My bike has a HD display stand that was installed by the previous owner at some point in the past.
What I would really like is some feedback on center stand use vs the display stand. What are the advantages (or disadvantages) of each type?
Presently I use the display stand when I park the bike in the garage & I know that I won't be riding for several days. I also use it when I check the primary case oil level. Will replacing the front display stand with the center stand help?

The only difference other than the location is, you have to get off of the bike to use a center-stand.
I loved the display-stand on my '03 Ultra Classic and would like to put one on my '09 but I think I had rather have an oil cooler.

A guy who's bike leans the wrong way should not be giving advice on stands.

At least he balanced it out by putting the pipes and air cleaner on the opposite side. LOL
No way it could be a reversed picture,..... LOL

Wheel Dock EZ-UP center stand is easily deployed from the seat. Very cool mod in my opinion.
