Default wheel chock

I posted the question earler, what is the best way to strap a bike down on a trailer, and everyone said to use a wheel chock and strap from there.ok next question what is the best brand of wheel chock?? or easiest to use?? I,ve seen ones you roll into and its holds the bike up in the garage but, wouldin,t it mess up the tire/rim going down the road?? thanks Dan

Do a search for a Pingel brand chock. That is the kind most people favor. It will not damage the wheel or tire.

Condor has a nice wheel chock. It is expensive but you can ride in and step off with it. Still needs to be tied down though.

I use a pingel , but the most important thing is the tie downs. Make sure you get some quality tie downs rated way higher than you might ever need but strength in there.

Most of the trailer manufacturers use Pingel. There are fancier ones, but they do the trick.
