Lowering Road King
Take a look at Bitchen Bagger Shocks out in Phoenix. Great people to deal with. They take your existing shocks and cut them down. I have an 08 Street Glide and run 10 3/4" long shocks from them. If you ride 2 up alot you might want to try their longer ones. You can send them your shocks or buy shocks from them then send yours in. There are a few ways to do it. They ask you for your riding style, weight, two up or not and will pre adjust your oil weight as well as springs and then you can adjust them like you do your stock shocks. Keep in mind any time you reduce your shock length you reduce your ground clearence so it's some what of a trade off. But speak to them , like I said real easy to talk with and a great way to achieve a lowered bike for not alot of money.
