Yah but they order it from HD not in their warehouse. I am waiting for mine for the last weeks. I may have to cancel the chicago one soon and stop by a shop. Since it is getting chilly.

 

I use a thick rubber band on the center consol, when I need "heat" I attach the belt clip to the rubber band. I store the unit in the saddle bag when not needed.

 

I bought it about 5 years ago it's PITA to monkey with, I don't use it anymore if it's cold turn the switch on if not it's off keep it simple.

 

I gave up on Chicago Harley 3 weeks and it is cold here. I picked up the control from my stealer and now I get to fight with CH to cancel my on order from HD for three weeks piece. Ohh well I am riding this weekend I want my new jacket liner working with my gloves :-)

Last year I only had on off switch with my gloves. PITA. I would turn on the glove cook my hands turn off the gloves to cool off. Then get cold and turn it on again.
