I already have the Tune Trapper antenna installed, so it looks like I'm half-way there.

Here's another option & pretty cheap too. These are Hotop filler strips. I think the fill more of that empty space than the HD ones and are ~$50 from Drag Specialties. I bought the unfinished ones and painted them years ago for a different bike. Now I had them powder coated.

...very clean look, and it looks a bit wider than the Harley version.

So the only reason they say the HD one's won't fit on the newer RG is due the the antenna placment?

If ya don;t have an internal antenna and you do have docking hardware installed, you can use the antenna relocation kit. That's what I have....

Those are the same filler plates I have, but I did not use the top pieces. If you get'm from Drag, they are pretty inexpensive...
