Harley OEM GPS

I would suggest you stay away from it. Friend of mine has a 09 CVO and it came with the GPS which is the biggest POS. I just took my Garmin NUVI for my car and changed the icon to a motorcycle, then installed a handlebar mount and hard wire kit ($24 from ebay)plugged it in. Works great, took me to Switzerland, Italy, and Austria with zero problems. I cannot hear the voice but I never pay attention to that in the car anyway. Good luck!

I bought the unit for my 08 Ultra when they lowered the price to $799 (plus 20% off and used loyalty points to further reduce cost). The price had been $999. Anyway I liked the idea of a installed gps that could not be ripped off or had to be removed everytime you stop. The install was pretty easy. Remove batwing cover and slide into place and mount the gps antenna. Calibrate it then use it. You do have to give up your CD player though to use the gps. The data disks have to be in the unit. It worked ok but took a lot of work to plug in routes etc as you can not download any information to it. Biggest problem that Harley would not supply updated data disks for the gps. I called multiple times and was even willings to pay big bucks for updated disks but I was told they were cancelling the gps module and had not intentions of providing updated disks. So I used it as it was until this June when I bought a 2010 Limited. I decided not to keep the internal gpd and sold it to a friend. I went with the Road Tech 660 and the SE dash mount for it. Really nice setup. Easy to use and the quick detach when I stop is great. Hope this info helps.
