Default Fastaire or clearview

There is a large difference in price between these two replacement windshields for a street glide. Does anyone know why?

Apples and oranges. Different materials. Many are perfectly happy with the Fastaire product.

I've been real happy with my Fast Aire of 2 years now. Figured I could replace the Fast Aire when it was all scratched and still be cheaper than Clearview. No scratches yet but, will be ordering another cause I'm ready to change the look!

Clearview is doing a fine job for me. I bought a blem, (you show it to me, I can't find it), with immediate shipping and a good price reduction.

I have had a Fastaire for 2 years and been happy with it. Last weekend I rode my buddy's bike with a Clearview on it on the interstate, I want one now. The Clearview deflects the wind about 6 inches higher than the Fastaire, now buffeting off the windshield at all.

Fast Aire just came out with the Freedom series which is competitively priced with The Clearview recurve.I own both.I have an 8" Clearview recurve and a Regular 10" Fast Aire.In my opinion the Standard Fast Air windshield priced under $35 is the most bang for the buck.I'm riding with it now on my Street Glide and It works just as well as the Clearview. The Fastaire is a little thicker.

I've been back and forth with an 8" and a 10" Fastaire on my Street Glide all summer. The 8" eliminates about 80% of the buffeting, while the 10" eliminates it all. I can ride either one with a half shell and sunglasses no problem. I just dont see how you can beat the Fastaire for the price. The quaulity is very good!

I own three fastaire's. Like them all. 4,8, and 10 inch. Great service and prices.
