Rickr01, I've got the pro pipe chrome on my 2011 road king, remove the two screws that hold the baffle in and start your bike, let it idle for a couple minutes. The combination of heat and vibration pushed mine out a couple inches then I shut the bike off and it pulled right out.

My stock Pro-Pipe baffle was opposite. The steel wool was at the end tip with glass packing in the 1 inner section. I removed both only to find it a lot louder. then I bought 1/4" thick packing and wrapped both sides 4 times. Slipped right in with with perfect fitment and now is quieter than stock. Still throaty when you get on it.

Standard baffle TOP...quiet baffle BOTTOM

The quiet baffle was a pinch too quiet for me, greatly increased higher rpm vibration, and had a tiny sound. The standard baffle way too loud for my liking. I cut the packing off the quiet baffle, cut it down and filled the whole inner section to find a happy medium. Also tried filling the the inner section, 1/3 filled, 2/3 filled, but was happiest with the whole section filled.
