My bike has only 2300 miles on it. Would a motor mount go that fast?

The bad vibe seems to happen around 2000 to 2300 rpm. Can't see in the mirror and when I let go of the left handlebar I get a squealing vibration.

Lower and higher rpms seem like the normal Harley vibe.

From what I understand, the vibration is just a characteristic of the Street Glide, regardless of whether it's new or not. I just ordered a Glide-Pro front motor mount for my 2008 FLHX. Others (as well as the guy who makes them) have said that it will make a HUGE difference and should eliminate the vibration. Check out the install video and the before & after.

09 S-G, same problem left side, around 1500-2300 rpm's. Checked insulator, tiny screw, all good.I also recalled problem started when I installed chrome clitch lever and 07 screaming eagle grips, thinking its a clearance issue of some type now......

This other dealer adjusted the plastic tab and tightened the clutch cable. Still there but not as bad.

Update

Just got a call from the dealer. Said they tightened the handlebar clamp, moved the wires that were bound near the rubber under the handlebars (thinks that what causing the sqealing noise) and tightened and tie wrapped loose stuff inside the fairing. Told me the tech rode the bike about 15 miles and said the issue appears to be solved.

I'm going to pick the bike up on Thursday due to rain today and tomorrow. Will follow up with my verdict then.

I hope it's solved and I'm not disappointed.

Update

Picked up the bike tonight. All fixed. It's actually better than it ever was. I guess the handlebar clamp was never fully torqued? I can even see clearly out the fearing mirrors.

I'm a happy camper now!

DC;
Thanks for the update, very glad it worked out. I'll ask my dealer to do the same and hope for the same results. Ride safe..
