After the the 1K service at the dealer the left handlebar was much smoother but still vibrates. that was 1700 mikes ago. I am taking it to another dealer tomorrow to address some unwanted decel pops and I will ask them about the clutch lever. To me it looks like too much free-play where the clutch lever connects. Meaning if where the lever connects to the handlebar was a little thicker or the clutch line was a little tighter, it would pretty much eliminate it.

I guess I mis understood your first post. I thought your handlebars were vibrating so much your clutch lever was making noise? The handlebar vibration is the issue with mine. That's the cause of the squealing noise when I let go of them.
Did you ever get a response to that concern from the dealer?

Sorry about the confusing post, I went and cleaned the post up a bit. Yes, the 1st dealer said that it is OK . I am taking it to another dealer tomorrow to have them check the popping of the pipes and I will ask them about the left handlebar as well.

Is it the grip or just the clutch lever? If it is primarily the clutch lever there is an anti vibration tab integrated into the lever. Look from the end of the lever with the lever at eye level. You may see a little rub mark on the inside bottom of the housing and a silver screw that threads towards the top of lever. Mine did this and it was simply the screw had backed out. Still trying to get it in order. Another issue may be clutch adjustment. I'm fighting that right now as well.
