Thumbs up Floorboard Extentions

I ordered Sunday night, they got here today. Took about a 1/2 hr. to install and they are GREAT!! I don't know about reduced lean angle but they sure are comfy!!

I put some on 3 years ago and I can't even remember what it was like without them!

I recently put some on. I just wish I would have done it sooner.

I ordered them but can't get the bolts on my EGC loose with a regular Allen wrench. Going to get some Allen sockets this weekend and do the install.

In light of all the rave reviews, I should have done the floorboard extensions a long time ago.

I installed Harley Goodies footboard extensions a few months ago. They make the footboard positions a lot more comfortable.

I have not noticed any reduction, we rode the Skyline Parkway Sunday and I never scraped the boards. I had mine on within days of picking up my 2010, the difference is dramatic, especially with the 6 gal. tank

Installed some last weekend on the 10' ultra. Actually a very subtle modification. But a very major difference the way my knees feel. I no longer have to force my lower legs and feet in to hold onto the boards. I did not notice any reduction in lean angle and I was trying hard to get em to drag.

HG should offer extended brake pedals/pad to go with the spacers. I'm going to try the one from Kury...

make sure you get ball end sockets as one of the bolts really needs a ball end.

Putting the extensions on means I'm scraping the bracket first instead of the floorboard, don't like that at all. They are definitely more comfortable but I'm thinking about taking them off....

That said..... maybe the extensions that move an inch out AND an inch forward would give the same comfort and provide more backet clearance ???
