No... I did it in my garage with a few learning experiences $$$. But it is very easy to do if you get good info on installing it.

Here is the dyno chart from scottycameron's build that we did last week. This was a 2011 Touring Fuel Moto 107" with TW-777 cams, Fuel Moto Level B heads, and a D&D Fatcat.

We used our standard Fuel Moto 107" kit with Wood TW-777 cams, there is a complete breakdown of the kit at http://fuelmotousa.com/107kit.htm We did our Fuel Moto Level B heads with the chambers set to the standard 87cc which at a zero deck gives us 10.25 compression and 190 CCP, there is complete info at http://fuelmotousa.com/heads.htm The pipe was a D&D Fatcat with the Q baffle which is a perforated wrapped baffle.

Thanks, I'm running the louvered baffle and had thought about going with the louder one. Also kicking around going with the 777 Cams.

This bike had a completely stock throttle body. We will be doing some more 107" testing in the next several weeks with the TW-777, 10.5:1 compression, a 54mm throttle body and the Jackpot 2/1 exhaust we will be releasing around the end of the year

Oh man, just felt my wallet get a little lighter. I hope it's all ready to go in January cuz that's when my project is starting.
