A 107" kit can be established using the OE crank via a 4.125" bore Axtell cylinder kit, and boring the cases to 4.310-4.315" accept the larger spigot diameters.
Can't remember how many of those we've done over the years.
Always a home run.

Jamie, any chance that you'll team up with a West Coast shop to do 107" installs? Don't mind a trip to NoCal or any of the states contiguous to California, but Wisconsin's a pretty good ride. Keep us posted as you sign up new installers.

You guys in Cali don't get to do any mods to your bikes. You will never pass emissions and then they'll pass even more laws that the rest of the country will try to copy. You should all buy Schwinns and leave the motorized stuff to the rest of us.

Jamie, how quiet is this set up? Is the valve train noisy? Also, what kind of longevity can I expect vs a 103? I put about 10,000 a year on my bike, And I drive mostly two up. Nothing crazy. No burn out's. Just wind her out once in a while. I currently run a 08 police motor, stock head's with se 255, rinehart true duals, t-max with 577 map that you recommended run's great!, high flow air cleaner. 79 hp 100 ft lbs torque.

We are working on the possibility of a Southern California location, if everything works out we will post specific info

Our 107" kit is as quiet or quieter than the stock valvetrain. The components in our kit are the highest quality and will provide excellent durability.

1) Yes the kit will come with the pistons matched to each cylinder with the ring end gap set and everything will be prepped and ready to install.

2) Our new Fuel Moto EZ install pushrods are designed to work with the stock pushrod tubes, they even include a very trick tool that holds the tubes open for easy access and pushrod adjustment. This is a very slick setup. The pushrods are absolute top quality, they have an extremely durable .095 wall thickness and are a tapered design. We even include a tube of loctite along with the kit. We will hopefully roll out the official release on these pushrods next week.

3) We have PC-V base maps developed with the TW-555 cams, however there will be very little difference in the map if you are running the TW6-6 cams. Within several months we should have maps with both cams. on the maps
4) We expect to start shipping the kits the second week of October
Jamie, speaking of maps, what base map# from the list of maps, would you consider using if running a t-max autotune, using rinehart t/d with your 107 kit?
